Starting Saturday, January 28 and running through Saturday,
February 11.

• Saturdays                            10am – 6pm
• Sundays                               Noon – 6pm
• Mondays – Fridays            5pm – 9pm

Street Crew -
poster distribution

Are you willing to help us distribute posters?  We welcome everyone:  Walk with us downtown and put up posters,
take a few to put up them up at your favorite haunts,  hangouts and work.

We will be distributing the posters in the downtown area
beginning January 17 at 4:30pm.  Pick up
the posters from our business office and let us know where you are going so
that we don’t duplicate efforts.

Box Office Support

We are looking for volunteers who love to interact with
people, feel safe using web-based programs and don’t mind using the phones.

Our box office will open February 2 for our season
subscribers and February 6 for the general public.

Hours are as follows:

• Mondays – Saturdays Noon – 5pm

• During the run of the show, which
starts Friday, February 17

•Fridays – Saturdays Noon – 8pm

•Sundays Noon – 3pm

 We encourage
volunteers to work a minimum 2 hour shift.

Box office training will be held on Wednesday, February 1 at
3pm. Please email info@mysect.org to let
us know if you will be attending.

Ushers/”Will
Call” table

• USHERS  – Several volunteers for each show are needed
to help people find their seats. 
Training is provided before each show.

• WILL CALL TABLE  – Several volunteers are need for each show
to distribute tickets to patrons who have reserved their seats.  Training is provided.

Usher and Will Call Table volunteers are asked to arrive at
least one hour before the show starts to receive directions.  The following is a list of the dates and
start times for each show:

•February 17, 7:30 PM

•February 18, 7:30 PM

•February 19, 2:00 PM

•February 24, 7:30 PM

•February 25, 7:30 PM

•February 26, 2:00 PM

•March 2, 7:30 PM

•March 3, 7:30 PM

•March 4, 2 PM

SECT is looking for volunteers to help with the daytime box office.

The Box Office is open noon to five on the following dates:

• Monday Oct 11 & Tuesday Oct 12 to SECT Contributors only
• Wednesday Oct 13 through Friday Oct 15 to all Season ticket holders
• Monday Oct 18 through Nov 13 to the general public

Any help would be appreciated. Volunteer hours are flexible. On-the-job training will be provided.
