Volunteer Opportunities!
Come – join in the fun created by our fabulous volunteers! We have many opportunities with set construction, poster distribution, box office, Will Call Table and usher positions described below. By volunteering, you will earn a free ticket to see the production.
Set Construction (Builders, Carpenters, Painters and all Interested people) Set construction begins Sunday January 15th!
The schedule is as follows:
- Leg I
Sunday January 15th 12:00 pm – 6:00pm
Monday January 16 – Thursday January 5:00 pm – 9:00pm
Sunday January 22 – 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Monday January 23 – Wednesday January 25 - 5:00pm – 6:00pm
- Leg II
Starting Saturday January 28 running through Saturday February 11.
Saturdays 10:00am – 6;00pm
Sundays 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Mondays – Fridays 5:00pm – 9:00pm

Street Crew – poster distribution
Are you willing to help us distribute posters? We welcome everyone: Walk with us downtown and put up posters, take a few to put up them up at your favorite haunts, hangouts and work.
We will be distribute the posters in the downtown area beginning January 17th at 4:30 pm. Pick up the posters from our business office and let us know where you are going so that we don’t duplicate efforts.
Box Office Support
We are looking for volunteers that love to interact with people, feel safe using web-based programs and don’t mind using the phones.
Our Box office will be opening February 2 for our season subscribers, and February 6 for the general public.
Hours are as follows:
- Mondays – Saturdays 12:00 pm – 5:00pm
- Starting Friday February 17
- Fridays – Saturdays 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Sundays 12:00pm – 3:00pm
We encourage that volunteers volunteer for at least two hours at a time.
We will be holding a training session on Wednesday
February at 3:00pm, if interested please rsvp at info@mysect.org
Ushers/”Will Call” table
- USHERS – Several volunteers for each show are needed to help people find their seats. Training is provided before each show.
- WILL CALL TABLE - Several volunteers are need for each show to distribute tickets to patrons who have reserved their seats. Training is provided.
Usher and Will Call Table volunteers are asked to arrive at least one hour before the show starts to receive direction for the show. The following is a list of the dates and start times for each show:
- February 17, 7:30 PM

- February 19, 2:00 PM
- February 24, 7:30 PM
- February 25, 7:30 PM
- February 26, 2:00 PM
